The World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons mission is to foster advocate equal opportunity hereness educational excilance voluntries and co-operation for all international Medical Gradutes in the World nd to participate in favorable non-discriminatory public policy development legistation and mainstream.

  1. The World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons is organized exclusively for educational, scientific research and charitable purposes and register through Indian Societies  Registration Act 1860
  2. Primarily to advance and improve the standards of practivce and quality of professional service in the field of Robotic Surgery.
  3. To purpose educational opportunities for International Surgeons, Gynacologist as well as to enhance the knowledge and education of its membership in the prevention diagnosists and teatment of diseases through continuing Medical education.
  4. To secure for the International minimal access Sugeons an atmosphere conducive to the achievement of his or her potential Skills.
  5. To advance the knowledge of linternational lsurgeons by encouragings scientific research by its fellows.
  6. To support fellows who are disirous of rendering minimal access surgical and educational care.
  7. To promote, assist and/or maintain all activities by whosoever carried on or wherever carried on in conformity with the objects of the Society and as are conducive to the well being and general welfare of the nation or are conducive for advancement of any object or objects of general public utility not involving/carrying on any activity for profit object or objects of general public utility not involving/carrying on any activity for profit.
  8. To establish, construct, erect, maintain, run, manage, develop, own acquire, purchase undertake and improve, equip, promote, initiate, encourage, and contract, subcontract, subsidize and organize, educational institutions for imparting, specialized education in the field of minimally invasive Surgery.
  9. To publish books, Pamphlets, periodicals and newspapers in India or outside for the spread and advancement of Minimal Access Surgery.
  1. To promote, organize, administer, establish, support, maintain, and /or grant aid to any persons, institution or society or organization whatsoever having for its objects of charitable purposes and to incur expenditure in connection therewith.
  2. To hold and to participate in conferences, meetings, etc for exchchange of ideas and discussion of subjects of the interest of the people at large
  3. To provide medical treatment to poor and needy peoples.
  4. To associate with other national and international organization/agency/company/ngo’s to work in the field of Minimal Access Surgery.
  5. To operate in all over India and also in the different countries of the world for the implementation and fulfillment of the above mentioned objects.
  6. To provide representation of national and local levels helping to ensure that international Medical Graduates (IMGs) are  provided the same reghts and oppertunities.
  7. To provide opportunities to serve on international policy making bodies which protect the interests of linternational medical graduates.
  8. To conducts local state,and international meetings which provide an excellent opportunity for networking with specialists from all areas of Laparoscopic surgeons.

All the incomes, earnings, movable or immovable properties of the World Association of Laparoscopic Surgeons shall be solely utilized and applied towards the promotion of its aims and objects only as set forth in the memorandum ot the society and no profit on thereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividends, bonus, profits or in any manner whatsoever to the present or past members of the society or to any person claiming through anyone or more of the present or the past members “no member of the society shall have any personal claim on any movable or immovable properties of the society or make any profits, whatsoever, by virtue of this membership”.
