Letter of invitation
Organizing Committee will issue the Letter of Invitation on request, to
be used for visa application. However, it does not oblige the
Organizers to any financial support or reimbursement of the Conference
expences.
Passport and visas
Visitor to Croatia must have valid passport. Visas are required for
some Countries

Exhibition
A wide variety of endoscopic and
laparoscopic surgery equipment and state of art products will be on
displayed at the main venue of conference. Your visit to the stalls in
the exhibition will immensely help you in replenishing your
requirements. “Only registered delegates bearing the name badge will be
allowed to visit the laparoscopic istrument exhibition area.”

presentation and video presentation will be available.

last minute changes including change of venue without prior notice.
Weather :
The weather at New Delhi will be
slightly cold with day temperature ranging from 25 degree C and night
temperature ranging from 18 degree C. Delegates are advised to bring
warm woolen clothings with them.
